Much of our conscious/unconscious suffering stems from negative emotional energies that become trapped within our bodies. One trapped emotion alone can create physical & emotional symptoms. Everything on this earth is made of energy, including our emotions. Each emotion has its own vibrational frequency that affect our bodies because it too is made of energy. A trapped emotion, in a sense holds us connected to the experience/event that caused it. Instead of being able to move on completely the body has the capability to hold on to the negative emotional energy and in turn create physical/emotional damage. Even if the mind does not remember the traumatic experiences held to the emotion, the subconscious mind holds key information to allow us to release said trapped emotions. All of our emotions/ feelings serve a purpose, even the negative. They serve us to provide direction, comfort, or are messages from your body, higher self, or the divine.
