Have you ever been told "you have your guard up"? You are not alone. Most often our subconscious mind tells us we have a guard or wall up and we may certainly have one, a Heart Wall. Heart Walls are your heart's unconscious way of protecting you from further pain and suffering, while limiting the ability of your heart to fully receive and give love, joy, and abundance. Symptoms of Heart Walls can include *but are not limited too* trouble connecting in relationships, compromised immune system, lack of clarity, drive or purpose in life, difficulty creating abundance, chronic aches, pains or illness in your physical or emotional body. In this 5 session package, we will continually work to release trapped emotions and blockages from your heart wall until we've released your heart wall for good.
